Website Password Tracker For My Planner

I have trouble remembering all my login's and passwords for what has accumulated to be 100's of websites.  I know you are not supposed to write these down or make it easy access, but I have to, otherwise I would never be able to revisit a site that requires a log in.  I also do another no no, which is write these in my planner.  I keep this particular planner at home, at all times just to make sure it doesn't go missing and there is limited (or at least my searches) number of password printables out there.  The ones that are, just didn't seem to fit my needs.  Either there was not enough room for me to write, or there was too much room which prompted me to create my own which is too bad because there is some really cute ones.   I used to have a mead planner several years ago that had an insert for login/password information but it was plain jane with no color and would have been perfect if there was just one more line for more information.  I used this as my inspiration, opened up a blank excel sheet and starting testing what would work for me.  Here is what I had come up with:
So far, these have worked perfectly.  I have printed about 26 pages front and back and will write the letter of the alphabet somewhere at the top of the page.   I like to write so mostly I will write in the information rather than type it in.

I created another version first that only had one column but found that I had a bunch of extra space left over.  This version took many more pages and took up much needed space in my A5 planner.

Weight loss tracker for my Erin Condren planner

So I have been seeing on Pinterest these cute weight loss trackers with mason jar stickers fill with little heart stickers to represent your goal weight loss and actual weight loss. I am a very visual person so I think something like this would be perfect for keeping me on track on getting rid of my post baby weight. Problem is that I have not been able to find any mason jar stickers anywhere around where I live. I am not a big online shopper I guess because I don't have the patience to wait for the product to arrive. I am not a very creative person even though I wish I was so it took me quite a bit of time to come up with an alternative solution and I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.

I found some cute scrapbook paper at Michaels, cute it to the size to fit into my Erin Condren Life Planner, added stickers and ran it thru the laminator.

2015 dividers for my Filofax

am really happy with how my dividers turned out for the new year. Seems I am getting faster and better at making these each time. The colors go really well with my Malden.

Colorful dividers for my filofax

I have finally gotten around to creating my own dividers using colorful scrapbook paper I found at Michael's. I am still playing around with the color of the tabs I want to use so I have just used temporary tabs for now. I am very happy with how wells these turned out.

Malden A5 Filofax Setup -March 2014

Inside my Malden filofax, I keep post-it flags and a small variety of stickers in the zipper pouch
Next I have the fly leaf with a project life card, task sticky notes

Next I have a top loading page protector that i have put a few of my favorite sticky notes on a piece of paper on the front and back to keep a small variety with me at all times.

For my monthly calendar tabs, I use some tabs I purchased at the Container Store, which sticks on very well.  The tabs I used a rainbow of colors of washi tape to cover the tab part and used my label maker to label each section.
I use this planner for work only and keep my personal plans in my Erin Condren Life Planner.  At my current job, there is a lot of things I have to keep track of and my filofax has become the best organizational tool I have used yet to keep me on task at all times.

I have two monthly calendar sections.  The first one I use to keep track of my employees attendance and scheduled meetings.
The next monthly calendar I use to keep track of certain information for my job which I create reports from on a weekly basis.
In the weekly calendar section, I keep notes, meeting times,  and tasks that need to be completed that week.
In the daily section, I detail the tasks that need to be completed and use this section for everything.  I like the day on a page the most.  I have this section open every day at my desk and since I have started to use the filofax for work purposes, I have felt much more organized and spent less time looking around for random pieces of paper I would use to write important notes on.
The A-Z section I have just started using as a note holder.  I don't keep contacts in my planner much since all of that information I store in my phone.  I had never thought to use the a-z tabs for this purpose until about a week ago when I found a you tube video where someone (sorry forgot who's video I was watching) had showed their filofax that was set up this way.  Since I have started filing my notes in this section, I know exactly where things are now.  Before it was in a notes section that was not organized in any way.

60 Days of Halloween-Day 4

Recipe of the Day
Back to work today after a long 3 day weekend of fun Halloween decorating.  Unfortunately, I had a long busy day and decided to skip a recipe today.  I will just have to try 2 this weekend to make up for the day :)

Project of the Day
Over the weekend, during one of my several trips to Michael's craft store, I found a wood frame that would fit perfectly over my thermostat.  In the Halloween section, there was a ton of cute halloween wood pieces that was a good size for the frame.  I spray pained the frame Orange from the left over paint I had from the wine bottle project and glued the pieces to the frame.  This project I happened to think of while at Michaels.
